I made sweet potato smoked salmon hash, with lime-basil dressing (which is sour cream with crushed garlic, basil, fixin's, and a squeeze lime).

I had a “sandwich de bonheur” with the kids - fried egg and cheese with mayo and ketchup on a toasted Montréal bagel. Then we ate some chips and cheezees. I forgot to serve vegetables, and nobody noticed...
That salmon hash looks amazing. Have you ever mad e it with fresh salmon?

Pizza at a local winery. There are 10 people here at a place that is usually packed on a weekend evening. Might hit the probably empty store on the way home.
The Superbowl has no impact on my fantasy football team, so I have inte rest in it

Sauteed mushrooms in white wine and sauteed spinach
in Olive oil. Sprinkled
some almonds. A tad bit of salt and pepper.
A bottle of Italian Wine and some Wisconsin cheese.

I had some f ettuccine with bolognese for lunch. I made a ridiculously large batch of sauce about a month ago, portioned it and put it up in the freezer and it’ve been thawing it out a little at a time.
Later this week I’m doing chicken piccata that should be pretty delicious.

I haven't, the recipe called for canned salmon (hmmm no), so I substitute with smoked. I think it works because the dressing is potent, you need the actual hash to have its own strength.

My FIL made chicken chili and cornbread muffins. I made bean dip and guacamole because Superb Owl. It was all decent, except something was wrong with my jalapeños, so the bean dip was ultra mild.
